Today, it was really damn funny....LOL
actually jia yann came to my house
then she say whether want to go to her house
'cause can bake thing~~
lol...
we two LOVE baking
so we went to her house.....
we find a recipe....
which is "Simple Shortbread Cookie"
we didn't know what is that...
but there asr only few ingredients
so we decided to do that =P
the ingredients :
(a) 1 cup of butter
(b) 1/2 cup of sugar
(c) 2 1/2 of flour
Finish
the ingredients is just only 3 of them~~
hehe XD
then the recipe says that we can put some jam or sprinkle on the cookie
but there is no jam in jia yann's house
so we decided to do the jam ourselves
we took 2 apples at first and we cut it into small pieces
we seperate it into half n we do it with our own way
I choose to do it with fry it n put sugar on it
so that the sugar can melt n become into a little 'sos'
but jia yann decided to do it with deep-fried
O.O
what a............DIFFERENT choice....
I've never heard that we can deep-fried apple....
lol.....
okay.....
then we feel that not enough
so we cut 1 more apple
then we start to roll the dough n bake it
after all the cookies are in the oven....
its like 5.45pm
we played with the unsuccessful cookie n other things.....
omg...
u sure cant believe how funny was it.....
but of course, the successful cookies was....
